Uncategorized Stage 3 – Foundations for a successful team

You have your why and your mission.  You have your core values aligned to your vision and mission.  You have some key people in the team – now you need to be clear on what the values mean to the business.  No really, what do they really mean?

What does the value “laser focus” mean in terms of expected behaviours for example?  Possibly that you work on a problem until you find an answer.  You allow others to focus on what they need to do.  You do not ask someone who is concentrating on something specific to stop what they are doing to chat to you.  You are thorough and research driven.
