Javrow offer behavioural profiling solutions for recruitment and on-boarding.  We utilise Extended DISC profiling and offer solutions that help clients gain a clearer understanding of a candidates energy type, motivators, drivers, thinking style and much more.

Ideally EDISC is used to check in on the final one or two candidates.  It is not a decision making tool but rather a tool to optimise fit and to enable deeper insight into the operating style of the candidate.

EDISC is automatically included as a bonus with any retained search assignment.
