IGNITE (4 days)

Engaged, valued and focused people will out-perform any team who do not understand their why.  People who are connected to a vision and feel engaged and valued will achieve greatness.  This program is designed to bring alignment to your leadership team around the vision and mission you must achieve.  It will also give them tools to live this on a day to day basis with their team.

We begin by ensuring your leadership team gain a deeper understanding of themselves and one-another through a powerful EDISC profile and workshop.

We then teach you the “Critical Alignment Model”* which you can use as a tool to manage most things in your business.

The outcome of this program is to lay the groundwork and ignite your culture.  To create a more focused leadership team with a shared vision that can easily be communicated within any team.  It allows you to connect to a shared vision and focus on what is truly important for success.

ENGAGE (4-5 days)

Engaged, valued and focused people will out-perform any team who do not understand their why.  Leaders are key to enabling engagement and culture in teams.   To attract and retain the best talent you need leaders in your team who are valued and sought out by high-performers.

This program is designed to ensure that you are deeply engaging your people, meeting their core needs as well as your business goals.  This program will reduce turnover (and associated costs), increase career development and enhance connection and engagement thereby empower high-performance.
